Who we are

Resourceful Researchers is a researcher-development training practice led by Jenny Brady, operating from the United Kingdom.

What information we collect

When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect: your name, email address and the contents of your message. Optional fields include role, institution, course of interest, cohort size and timeframe, these are only collected if you fill them in.

We do not use cookies for tracking. We use Rybbit (a privacy-respecting analytics service) to count page views; Rybbit does not set cookies and does not collect personal data.

How we use it

Your enquiry is received via Basin (a form-handling service) and emailed to Jenny. We use it solely to respond to you and discuss possible training engagements. We do not share it with third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained in Jenny's email and Basin's archive for as long as the working relationship needs them, then deleted on request or after a reasonable period of inactivity.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. Contact us at the email address in the footer to exercise these rights.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. Cloudflare Turnstile (used to protect the contact form from bots) may set short-lived cookies during form submission; these are required for spam protection and expire when you close the browser.
